Aww!!! What a cutie. And with Garfield, too! Looks like a pretty nice foster home. I don't remember seeing the babies in a photograph with living room furniture; plus she isn't bundled up.

From what we know, she's always lived in the Cangwu SWI (not foster care)...I'll have to ask more of those questions when we're there. But it is a nice living room picture isn't it?

Wow. This is really happening. :-)

Yes, it looks like either a back drop behind her beautiful little head or like it has been photoshopped in.
I thought it was your living room, and that you photoshopped it in so it would look like Kayla was in your living room!!!!
I have never seen a referral pic like that before!!!!!!!!

she is just too sweet!

Congratulations on your beautiful daughter!

Is your daughter from Cangwu County SWI in Guangxi? If so, Karen (above) probably will tell you about the Yahoo email list for families who have adopted children from Cangwu. But if not, the group's home page is here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CangwuSWI-Guangxi

My DH and I adopted our daughter Long Li Su, who lived in Cangwu SWI for her first 14.5 months, in May 2005. She is the joy of our lives!

Best wishes on speedy travel approval and a great trip to China.

Wow! Congratulations to you! - We have been in 'no surfing' mode lately with a few considerations regarding acceptance of SN needs children - we didn't make the cut this time around (perhaps next month), so we're back in line again for NSN. - Much happiness to y'all and the expanding family.
