Chasing after children has a whole new meaning to us since we started the adoption process. Join us on our journey to adopt our daughter from China. LID 11/24/2005 Date of Referral 9/4/2007. Gotcha Day 10/4/2007 (Kayla was 10 months). Home at last 11/15/2007.

Aww!!! What a cutie. And with Garfield, too! Looks like a pretty nice foster home. I don't remember seeing the babies in a photograph with living room furniture; plus she isn't bundled up.

From what we know, she's always lived in the Cangwu SWI (not foster care)...I'll have to ask more of those questions when we're there. But it is a nice living room picture isn't it?

My DH and I adopted our daughter Long Li Su, who lived in Cangwu SWI for her first 14.5 months, in May 2005. She is the joy of our lives!

Wow! Congratulations to you! - We have been in 'no surfing' mode lately with a few considerations regarding acceptance of SN needs children - we didn't make the cut this time around (perhaps next month), so we're back in line again for NSN. - Much happiness to y'all and the expanding family.
